A beautiful clear even body throughout that is a bright deep lemon gold colour with attractive pink highlights and a fine sustained bead. The fresh clean aromas leap out the glass of peach, apricot, with hints of brioche and red apple. The palate is wonderfully fruity with a smooth mousse that is delicately balanced with crisp acidity and a touch of sweetness, with notes of lime. Very moorish, this sparkling wine is perfect on it's own or with food. A wonderful celebration wine.

Blend: 55% Pinot Noir - 40% Chardonnay - 5% Pinot Meunier
