The sparkling wine is a mix of old and new vines, 15% are from the young recently planted vines, and the rest from the more mature vines of earlier plantings making a beautiful English sparkling wine. 

Expressive, tropical fruit, white pepper & a touch of richness. A limited production wine, with only small amounts produced each year

Grape: Pinot Noir

Alcohol 11.5%

Serve with :  Nuts as an aperitif or with fresh smoked trout, Japanese sushi, or fine charcuterie like Lomo or Bresaola.
