Wine maker Lee Dyer has really expressed his fondness for the Rioja region with this wine by incorporating many of the wine making techniques that are used in the famous wine making region. 

This bold English red wine  is bursting with flavours of rich juicy plum and dark-berry fruits. Further complimented by notes of coffee, blackberries and delicate soft toast as a result of having been aged in oak barrels. The ageing in oak provides a smooth rounded mouth feel and a medium finish adds to this superb English red wine. Excellent on it's own and also pairs well with food.

One year ageing in a fermentation vessel, followed by 18 months ageing in American Oak barrels, with an equal split of new to 3 year old barrels.  Then completed by a further 12 months ageing in glass bottles
